“Paul Beckett” poetry Award, organized every year by Valparaíso Foundation, was given in its XIII edition to the work untitled “Los dioses derrotados / The defeated gods”, whom author is the poet Enrique Barrero, on November 29th 2.011.
The jury of this literary contest, to which 123 works met, has been integrated by Jose Maria Aguilar, el Marqués de Tamarón, Jesús Mateos and Carlos Murciano, presided by Luis Alberto de Cuenca, member of the Royal History Academy.
The prize is endowed with 4.000 Euros, and the edition of the winning book, in the collection “Beatrice”.
